Mechanical Project Engineer

Days Monday-Friday (7:30-16:00)
Upto 50,000 (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Site Managers and you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers.
Requires collaboration with partner water companies, required to travel within the North West area. Candidates will have a good understanding on water systems and be able to manage all aspects of the projects such as cost, time frames and following up progress reports. This is a customer facing role which will laease with the partner company and the design team to come up with the best solutions.
The position will appeal to a strong project engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Delivering well engineered solutions in full compliance with current legislation, including: Health and safety, Risk assessments, Method statements, Good engineering practices
- Managing budgets for projects and ensure that as a minimum, projects achieve targeted profitability
- To quote, design and build process and packaging equipment systems to appropriate legal and customer standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced in Water Industry
- Engineering HNC OR HND in Engineering
- Knowledge of Design in Engineering
