Sonic Summary
- We are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer located in the Lancashire area to manage maintenance across multiple contracts.
- This permanent position offers a salary of up to £45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- The role involves Monday to Friday day shifts with an on-call schedule of approximately 1 in 9.
- Candidates must have previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience, particularly with plant rooms and multiskilled backgrounds.
- A valid driving license with no more than 6 points and F-Gas certification are also required for this position.
The role is a permanent position paying up to 45k depending on qualification and experience level. Mon-Fri days
basic plus competitive package, on call circa 1 in 9. Van with personal use.
Air Conditioning Engineer duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Split systems
Chiller units
Condensers
Overlap with refrigeration
AHU's, Fan Coil Units
General Mechanical plant room
Compliance checks
General maintenance works
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
Requirements:
A qualifiedAC-R Engineer
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Plant room - PPM and reactive
Multiskilledbackground - includingAHUand fan coil works etc
Valid driving license - no more than 6 points
F-Gas
Experience of Commercial facilities
Able to pass a security check
