They focus on a wide range of sectors, including Castles, Football Stadia, Hospitals and Surgeries, Further Education and Commercial developments.With around 50 staff, this consultancy has excellent retention of staff while boasting 80% of their projects coming from returning clients because they trust the team to deliver top work every time.Your new roleYour new role will see you working across multiple mechanical and HVAC designs across the above-mentioned sectors.This consultancy is looking for an engineer who wants to invest in their vocation, so your role will not only include the completion of designs but also mentoring junior staff, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, attending site visits and running jobs.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 6 years' UK Mechanical Building Services experience, have an ambition to grow within your career and have a forward-looking attitude towards not only your development but those around you.
