Sonic Summary

The position requires managing and enhancing the AutoCAD system while producing all drawings from initial design to as-built, including prefabrication drawings.
Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, along with prior experience in a Building Services Environment.
The role also involves providing administrative support to estimating and contracting teams, and compiling end-of-project documentation for clients.
A driving license is essential, and the successful candidate will undergo CRB Clearance and is expected to engage in paid Continual Professional Development.
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, pension, and 31 days of holiday, with experience in Autodesk Revit considered an advantage.

Job Responsibility

AutoCAD

Managing and implementing enhancements to our Autocad system
Responsibility for producing all drawings from initial design to as built including prefabrication drawings.
Developing marked up layouts into working AutoCAD drawings to enable installation of service on site

Administrative

Administrative support to our estimating and contracting teams to provide assistance in take offs/ordering materials/issuing information
To compile end of project documentation including record drawings and OMI’s for issue to clients.

Skills/Qualifications

In depth knowledge of AutoCAD software
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience of working in a Building Services Environment
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake paid Continual Professional Development in order to enhance skills
A driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will have to undergo CRB Clearance

Additional skills

Experience and qualifications in the use of Autodesk Revit would be an advantage
