  • Deal with major UK retailers across multiple channels including online retail, high street, garden centre groups and independents

  • Opportunity to join the team as a National Account Manager, a mix of managing existing retailers and developing new business

The role:

  • UK National Account Manager, a mix of managing existing accounts and developing new business
  • Will inherit some existing UK retailers, for example Waterstones, Scribbler and Urban Outfitters
  • Target customers may include Aldi, Lidl, Costco and M&S for example
  • This is a great opportunity to help drive and develop sales across a new portfolio of customers
  • You will then be able to nurture and grow your own account base
  • Work closely with marketing, product development and wider sales team
  • Must be personable, high energy and tenacious
  • Will report into UK Head of National Accounts

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience of operating at National Account Manager or Junior National Account Manager level
  • Worked in a product driven business, ideally within a non-food category such as home or gift but other closely aligned industry experience will be considered. You may be in another FMCG category and open to a change.
  • Operated at Key or National Account level with relevant retail experience. Exposure to the retailers listed above would be beneficial but not essential
  • Enjoy a mix of managing existing retailers and prospecting for new business
  • Be personable, likeable and a great relationship builder
  • Be North-West based and able to commute to a Lancashire based office (hybrid working available)
