The company have roughly 750 employees looked after by the current HR team, which they are now looking to grow.More about this incredible role:Daily you will be…>       Operating as a strategic Business Partner to develop and deliver the full spectrum of HR Service, products and systems that drive business performance >       Working closely with the CFO to deliver the HR plan in line with business priorities >       Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business>       Positioning HR a Business Partner throughout the organisation>       Supporting line managers across the business on organisational structure and design>       Dealing with Complex Employee Relation Cases >       Delivering key HR Initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, employee engagement and performance management>       Deliver HR activities as appropriate for any acquisition to ensure effective integration of new people >       Delivering HR projects, including harmonisation of contracts for new acquisitions and implementation of new systems and processes>       To ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current Employment Law>       Updating and issuing of contracts of employment, share options and settlement agreements >       Supporting the development of the HR team, including training, coaching and knowledge-sharing>       Managing the relationship with solicitors to ensure compliance and consistency across the group.>       Facilitating training and development across the group>       Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling company objectives and statutory dutiesYou will need:-
  • Previous Senior  HRBP experience
  • Good understanding of Employment Legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent as a minimum
