Are you highly organised with a flair for logistics? A leading entertainment business is looking for a logistics administrator to join their busy team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Resource and logistics manger, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of events and contracted works.  This position offers a great opportunity for growth and ownership for the right candidate with ambition.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of planning schedules and ensure all administrative duties to support these schedules are met.
  • Handle logistics including ferry bookings, carnet production and registration, and creating travel packs for all European travel for both vehicles and personnel.
  • Raise purchase orders for planned spend and plan and book all travel arrangements for technicians.
  • Issue and monitor timesheets to all personnel monthly, recording data to track TOIL balances and annual leave.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to take initiative and drive change.
  • Strong customer focus with the desire to deliver high-standard services and manage relationships calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to display information clearly and concisely.

Hours, pay and benefits

  • Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Up to £30,000
