NMS Recruit are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Service Desk Technician to join an award-winning AV integrator with 20 years of industry experience. The role is ideal for Audio Visual Engineers looking to step away from the tools or individuals with a technical mindset and strong customer service skills. Reporting into the Service Desk Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Take incoming service calls and addressing enquiries or product faults
  • Reviewing client requests and allocate works to field service engineers
  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support as required
  • Scheduling engineer call outs to site
  • Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits
  • Monitor client's assets and provide asset management and outstanding work reports as required
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of repaired or replacement parts and equipment
  • Maintaining and updating ticketing platform
  • Handling RMA's
Essential Skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A natural multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment and manage hectic schedules effectively
