We're excited to offer an opportunity for dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our teams in Lancashire! This fulfilling role involves working with KS3 and KS4 students, and comes with a competitive pay rate that reflects your experience, skills, and teaching expertise.
In this role, you will be supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining an effective learning environment for students across various subjects. You will also manage student behaviour, encourage participation, and provide support as needed to achieve their learning objectives.

- Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
- Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
- Use imagination to enhance learning experience
- Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
- Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
- Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
