Can you supervise the students in the absence of their regular teacher and deliver lessons as per the plan?
Do you have the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a range of student with different abilities?
Are you capable of identifying and reporting any concerns about student progress or behaviour to the relevant staff?
We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our teams across Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, Wigan and Bacup. This fulfilling role involves supporting KS3 and KS4 students and comes with a competitive pay rate aligned with your experience, skills, and teaching knowledge.
In this role, you will manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and complete their assigned work. You will also work with students across different subjects, helping to maintain an organised and positive classroom environment.

- Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
- Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
- Use imagination to enhance learning experience
- Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
- Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
- Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
