Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Processing new hire paperwork and conducting employee orientation sessions
  • Coordinating and managing employee benefits and leave administration processes
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of payroll data
  • Maintaining HR databases and generating HR reports as required
  • Providing general HR support to employees and management and addressing HR-related queries
  • Administering performance management processes and assisting with employee development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • A background within a HR Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
