Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our school on a part-time basis, working 2-3 days per week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring pupils are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. This position is ideal for a flexible teacher looking for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Assess, track, and report on the progress of pupils to ensure they meet their learning goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within KS1, with a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
