- Processing payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of returns.
- Assisting clients in understanding payroll legislation and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Process year-end returns, including P60s, P11D and other statutory forms.
- Answer payroll queries from clients.
- Liaise with HMRC as and when required.
- Reconcile payroll accounts.
- Provide general payroll support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using payroll software.
