Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Preston, Lancashire, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Plasterer includes:

  • Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining van stock
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes#

Essential criteria of the Plasterer includes:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
  • Willingness to undergo basic DBS check
