Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Preston, Lancashire, who are looking for a Plumber to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.
Responsibilities of the Plumber includes:
- Completing reactive plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Maintaining van stock
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes#
Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber includes:
- Full UK Driving License
- City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
