About the role: You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing planning applications, providing expert advice, and ensuring that development proposals align with local and national policies. The role requires broad knowledge of planning and environmental issues, as well as experience in the NSIP process.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in town planning or a related environmental discipline and have at least 5 years' experience in development management, particularly with major infrastructure projects. This position offers the flexibility of remote working, with occasional visits to application sites and attendance at hearing sessions organized by the Examining Authority.

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related environmental discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in development management, including experience with Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
  • Ability to travel to application sites and attend hearing sessions as required.
