Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and differentiated lessons for a mixed Upper KS2 class.
- Encourage independence, critical thinking, and a love of learning through innovative teaching methods.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the academic and social development of each student.
- Participate in school events and extra-curricular activities, enriching students' experiences beyond the classroom.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience or strong understanding of the Upper Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- A commitment to a child-centered and inclusive teaching philosophy.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
