The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a real impact on the academic and personal development of a lively group of Year 3 pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and development
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing regular feedback
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour
  • Engage with school-wide activities and contribute to the school community
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3 (preferred)
  • Strong classroom management skills with a proactive and positive approach
  • Passionate about creating a fun and engaging learning experience for all children
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
