Year 5 Teacher - Preston:
Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher to join a primary school near to Preston. You will be teaching a Year 5 class and will need experience supporting challenging behaviour. You must have a qualified teacher status (QTS) for this position.
The Role:
- Working closely with other staff to monitor progress of the students and promote a positive learning environment
- Using effective behaviour management techniques
- Building rapport with students, parents and staff
Position Details:
- Location: PR2
- Position: Year 5 Teacher
- Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri
- Full/Part time: Full time only
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £135 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: Ongoing, Long-term
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status is essential
- Experience supporting challenging behaviour is essential
- Previous experience working with KS2
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
