Year 5 Teacher - Preston:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a qualified teacher to join a primary school near to Preston. You will be teaching a Year 5 class and will need experience supporting challenging behaviour. You must have a qualified teacher status (QTS) for this position.

The Role:

  • Working closely with other staff to monitor progress of the students and promote a positive learning environment
  • Using effective behaviour management techniques
  • Building rapport with students, parents and staff

Position Details:

  • Hours: 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status is essential
  • Experience supporting challenging behaviour is essential
  • Previous experience working with KS2

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
