Behaviour Mentor - Preston:
Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced behaviour mentor to join the team at a school near to Preston. You will be supporting children with SEMH and challenging behaviour.

- Leading by example as a role model
- Having an understanding of individual needs
- Offering guidance and mentoring
- Providing a nurturing and encouraging environment to learn
Position Details:
- Location: Preston
- Position: Behaviour Mentor
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time only
- Hours: 8am-3:15pm
- Minimum Rate of Pay: 90 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: 24/02/2025
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Team Teach training is highly desired
- Experience of supporting challenging behaviours and de-escalation techniques
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional references.
