Halcyon Health and Social Care North West is thrilled to partner with a well-respected school in the Preston area to find a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify the needs of students.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support students’ emotional and psychological wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for each child.
  • Provide guidance and training to the school staff on psychological strategies and practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of school psychology.

  • A qualified psychologist with a relevant degree and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
