Location: Ribbleton
Hours: 06:00am - 4:15pm, Monday to Thursday (Friday off)
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Salary: 11.44 - 12.21

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operative to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process fabric, ensuring it meets our high standards before being dispatched to our clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor fabric processing machines.
* Ensure the quality meets company standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
* Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to work early hours.
