Buying & Merchandising Coordinator

Preston - Hybrid

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 plus benefits

I am currently recruiting a Buying & Merchandising Coordinator for my client - a supplier of beautiful home textiles. In this role you will be pivotal in launching new products and managing rebuys of sampling in to both domestic and international markets, ensuring our clients achieve budget targets and maintaining high customer service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch and Rebuys
  • Critical Path Management
  • Product Setup Management
  • Point of Sale Purchasing for Export Market
  • Liaising with key stake holders internally and externally
  • Documentation, Transport, and Delivery of goods

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing the Critical Path.
  • Experience with product launches.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly with Excel.
  • Evidence of well-practised communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to record information in a concise, accurate and legible manner, as appropriate
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
  • Proven ability of organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Own car and full driving license
