The Senior Buyer position is based in Preston and offers an hourly rate of £29.00 PAYE or £38.97 Umbrella inside IR35.
This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, ideally with MCIPS qualification or working towards it.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Software category strategy, engaging with stakeholders, and managing demand in Technology Procurement.
Candidates should possess strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude under pressure.

The Job

Supporting and delivering the Software category strategy
Acting as a key contact for Technology Procurement, capturing and managing demand
Engaging with stakeholders to identify and unlock value through early Procurement involvement
Building procurement plans aligned with business needs
Managing relationships across a complex network of internal partners
