What We're Looking For:
- As an RICS-regulated firm, we prioritize trustworthiness and confidentiality, protecting our clients' sensitive information.
- You'll work with a range of clients, each with unique requirements. We seek someone who can tailor solutions to meet these varied needs.
- Enthusiasm is key. You should be willing to expand your knowledge across civil and rail engineering sectors, apply insights to client problems, and continuously improve.
- At least 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience in the UK civil engineering sector is required. Rail sector experience is advantageous.
- You should be comfortable managing your own workload from project inception through final account stages, with support available as needed.
- Familiarity with ICC, CECA, NEC, and NR contracts, as well as standard methods of measurement (CESMM, RMM, HWMM, SMM, NRM), is essential.
- Experience with Causeway estimating software is a plus.
- A strong understanding of the UK construction sector, with the ability to create methodology and program documents, is required.
- The role requires site and client office visits, so you must hold a valid UK driving license
