The Company

A major civil engineering company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work in their office in Preston as part of their team on several projects in the north west. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to work for an established business that operates in multiple sectors.

The Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working on an existing framework supporting either civils projects. Typical project values are between £1m - £12m in size.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

. Managing important commercial issues

. Submitting monthly CVR reports

. Managing sub-contractor procurement

. Submitting monthly profit and loss reports

. Managing sub-contractor interim accounts

. Preparing formal sub-contract agreements

The Person

To be successful in the role of Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll need to have experience of a similar role within an engineering organisation using NEC3 or NEC4. Experience in the civils sector would be looked upon favourably.

The Package

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll be on a salary of up to £62,000 depending on experience and is available on a hybrid working arrangement.
