Our client is seeking a talented Multi-Utility Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

About the Company:

The Role:
As a Multi-Utility Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of their utility projects. Your duties will include:

Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Managing project finances from start to finish
Conducting valuations, final accounts, and variations
Ensuring contract compliance and providing financial advice to stakeholders
Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the multi-utility sector (gas, water, electricity, fibre)
Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts
Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure cost efficiency
Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
Relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying)
