About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide commercial leadership and guidance on projects to ensure cost-effective delivery within budget.
- Prepare and analyse cost reports, offering regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Implement cost control and value management strategies.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
- Manage cash flow effectively.
- Handle subcontractor payments.
- Offer expertise on contractual issues.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 64k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
- Degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Experience of COINS.
- Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable
