Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Preston
Remuneration: 25,000 - 28,000 Basic per annum + Bonus
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Join our client, a market-leading residential lettings agency in Preston, as a Lettings Negotiator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making high-volume outgoing sales calls to a database of prospective tenants.
- Managing a high volume of incoming phone and email inquiries from tenants.
- Scheduling viewings and efficiently managing your diary to optimise time.
- Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
- Performing property inspections and creating detailed inspection reports.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience in a high-volume sales/admin role.
- Sound local knowledge of Preston and its surrounding areas.
- A full, clean driving licence.

Working Pattern:
This is a full-time role working the following hours:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
- Monday: 10 am - 6 pm
- 1 in 7 Saturdays: 9 am - 12:30 pm
