Role Overview: I am seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be supporting the existing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership and any other sales related products offered by the business
  • Deliver sales performance to individual targets to ensure reservations achieved from plan and stock
  • Close liaison with the Customer Service Team, Marketing team, Sales Progression team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, Service Charge team and Housing Management on all sales related matters.
  • Close and efficient management of sales leads ensuing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent conversion rates from sales lead to reservation
  • The ability to keep sales to tight timeframes for processing
  • To be expert in the sites and locations to inform and promote the developments, locations and wider communities

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the property or real estate sector.
  • Good knowledge of Shared Ownership, Help to buy and Private sale
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel between sites as required.

This position is working Sunday to Thursday each week between 10:00 – 18:00. Each week the appointed person will be based in Sandbach, Cheshire for 2 days and 3 days in New Islington/Ancoats, Manchester.

It pays £16.90 per hour paid on a weekly basis.
