What youll be doing:

Business development - Proactively identifying and securing new client opportunities through phone- based and face- to face engagement.
Candidate sourcing & Management Attracting top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
Sales & Negotiation Matching candidates with the right opportunities and closing deals.
Building Long Term Relationships Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
Achieving & Exceeding Targets Working towards individual and team performance targets.
