Your Role Will Involve:
- Learning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships
- Speaking with candidates and clients daily to match the right people to the right roles
- Writing job adverts and screening applications
- Building a strong network within your industry sector
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
