Our Legal Recruitment Team is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join us and provide essential support to help drive our continued success.The Role:As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Legal team. Working closely with our consultants, you'll help ensure our processes run smoothly, and candidates and clients receive the highest standard of service.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate candidate and client data on our CRM system
  • Assisting with CV formatting, editing, and preparation for client submission
  • Posting and updating job adverts across job boards and internal systems
  • Assisting with scheduling interviews and candidate communications
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, compliance checks, and general coordination
  • Helping prepare marketing material such as candidate packs and mailshots
  • Providing ad-hoc support to consultants and management as needed

About You:We're looking for someone who is highly organised, IT-savvy, and a strong communicator. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities with great attention to detail.Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (recruitment admin experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work
