Lennox Recruitment is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a hot desk role in the Preston area, with existing accounts to manage.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus guaranteed earnings and up to 20% commission without a threshold.
The working hours are 7am to 4:45pm during term time, with a reduced 4.5-hour day and full remote work during school holidays.
While previous experience as a 360 recruitment consultant is desirable, it is not essential, and full training is available for candidates with the right attitude.

The role:

HOT desk role
360 Recruitment Consultant (lots of PSL's in place already so there will be accounts to manage and deliver on straight away)
Term Time: 7am - 4:45pm duringplus 1 day per week REMOTE working
School Holidays: 4.5 hour working day, plus you are 100% REMOTE working
Salary up to £40k plus guarantee on earnings and up to 20% comms with no threshold
Really successful agency with huge plans for growth so lots of career progression available
Very low turnover of staff
Position is available due to business growth

What we are looking for:

Driven, can do, approachable attitude with a strong desire to earn lots of money!
Previous experience of working as a 360 recruitment consultant is desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
Full training can be given to someone who has never worked in recruitment but has the right charisma and attitude and is willing to put the work in.
