About You
We're looking an ambitious and driven individual with a passion to succeed in a meritocracy. You will be a graduate (or similar), with previous working experience and an interest in recruitment.
You will have:
Strong communication and inter-personal skills, ideally previous telephone sales or recruitment experience.
An enthusiasm to succeed with resilience and confidence to negotiate.
Emotional intelligence in dealing with people.
Sales and business development mentality.
The Job
You will be working with one of our Senior Business Managers/Directors, on a 360 desk with the opportunity to nurture your own relationships and business/fees, with a particular focus on market/region. You will have the opportunity to receive training from proven Directors/Managers who truly understand the job, and the market, coupled with on-the-job / at the desk learning.
