  • As a Trainee Consultant in the Legal team, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters, learning how to:
  • Source and qualify high-calibre legal professionals
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Write and advertise engaging job ads across multiple platforms
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial call to placement
  • Work to sales targets and KPIs, with full support from your manager
  • Build your own client base over time as you grow into a 360° recruiter

  • You don't need recruitment experience - we provide all the training - but you do need:
  • A confident, engaging personality and great communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A desire to learn and push yourself in a sales-driven role
  • Resilience and determination - recruitment has highs and lows, and you'll need to ride both
  • A genuine interest in people and career development
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or legal (a plus, but not essential)
