Are you an installation manager with experience in kitchen fitting and leading teams of installers looking to join an award-winning company that has three decades of proven industry experience in luxury kitchen design and installation?

On offer is a bespoke kitchen Installation Manager role that will be leading a large team of Designers and Fitters to ensure full customer satisfaction is achieved. From the sales and design process to the completion of the work, you will be responsible for making sure all work is completed to an exceptional standard. Site visits are an absolute must for this role, inspecting and surveying client homes, and following up on job progress. You will take ownership for informing clients as to progress updates and correcting any issues as they arise. A high level of attention to detail is essential for a company of this calibre.

The Role:

  • Overseeing bespoke kitchen installation for luxury clientele
  • Effectively manage the site surveys and installation schedule and maintaining accurate information
  • Liaising with the sales/design team, suppliers, fitters and external stakeholders
  • Visiting job sites for surveys and progress checking (fuel covered by company at standard rates)
  • Ensuring all remedial work is completed quickly for full customer satisfaction

The Person:

  • Proven experience in project managing
  • Knowledge in kitchen design and installation with practical hands-on experience
  • Full Clean UK Driver's License
