The CompanyWe are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with a dynamic drinks business looking for a Head Brewer to join their team!The RoleThis is a great role for an experienced Brewer who is keen to join a progressive business focused on growth. Some of the key responsibilities will be:
  • Recipe Development including creating and refining beer recipes, experimenting with new ingredients and innovating
  • Managing the entire brewing process, from selecting ingredients to final packaging.
  • Implementing and maintaining strict quality control measures throughout the brewing process.
  • Leading and managing the brewing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implementing sustainable practices in the brewing process to minimize environmental impact.
  • Engaging with customers, whether through brewery tours, tastings, or direct feedback.
The PersonWe are looking to speak to Brewers with demonstrable experience in running an operation as well as a passion for innovation.The successful candidate will display the following attributes:
  • Experience running a Brewery and managing a team
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Passionate about innovation, able to motivate and build a high performing team
  • Able to convey the vision to customers and assist in the building of the brand
