We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our fast-growing temporary site security company, specialising in construction site security solutions across Lancashire, Yorkshire, and the North East. If you have a passion for sales, a proven track record in business development, and experience in the security industry, we would like to hear from you.

Role Overview

Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Commission: OTE Year 1 – £55,000+ (Generous commission and bonus package on all new contracts) Car Allowance.
Location: Lancashire and surrounding areas
Vehicle Requirement: Own vehicle essential
Experience: Security sector experience preferred

  • Security guard dog teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a 12-month business strategy to drive sales and market growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Utilise expert sales techniques to win new contracts and maintain client relationships.
  • Work closely with existing teams and clients to strengthen partnerships.
  • Promote and protect the company’s brand reputation while expanding market reach.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the security sector.
  • Experience in winning new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude.
  • Sales training experience (desirable).
