Are you the right person for the job?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in sales or account management (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Recruitment experience is a plus
What will your role look like?
- Manage and cultivate relationships with customers enquiring about the services of Talent Finder
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
