Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline through leads, cold calls, client meetings, and relationship management.
  • Build strong networks across schools, trusts, contractors, and architects, understanding their buying processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage and inspire the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into results.
  • Convert quotes to sales with a target ratio of 1:3.
  • Use our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report all sales activity.

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-driven with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • A natural networker, comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, video calls, and attending conferences to open doors.
  • Integrity-driven with a strong alignment to Glendales core values.
  • Experience in commercial sales, particularly within schools, trusts, construction, facilities management, or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
