Accounts Assistant

You will join an established manufacturing business that is recognised as a leader in the UK and Europe for providing manufacturing engineering business with waste management solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire purchase ledger process from start to finish.
- Process and match invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Close the ledger on a monthly basis.
- Raise weekly and monthly payments.
- Produce and review aged creditor reports.
- Address and resolve any invoice queries.
- Handle expense processing.
Additional Responsibilities (Training Provided):
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Reconcile balance sheets.
- Post journals, accruals, and prepayments.
- Update cash flow statements.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Conduct stock reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain delivery notes.
