Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and reconciling statements and financial transactions. You will manage accounts payable processes, ensure timely payment of invoices, and prepare and process expense payments and reports. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, compliance with UK financial regulations, and support internal and external audits. You will also provide administrative support to the finance team, manage financial documentation systems, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the implementation of new financial systems and tools will be part of your role. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational and time-management skills, along with diplomacy, integrity, and reliability. Proficiency in Excel and financial software such as Sage is desirable.
