• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Maintain strong behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting to student needs.

• Work closely with colleagues in the English department to enhance student progress.
