Pay rate:
* online sessions: from 25per hour
* in person sessions: from 30 per hour

Subjects Needed:
* Primary: Numeracy and Literacy
* Secondary: Maths and/or English and/or Science
* ESOL/EAL

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles.
* Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record attainment levels.
* Deliver engaging sessions that support various learning styles.
* Drive measurable outcomes to track and measure impact.
* Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support.
* Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.

Desired Experience:
* Experience in tutoring one-to-one or small groups needing additional educational or pastoral support.
* Constructive supervision and correction experience.
* Experience in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions.
* Experience working with SEN students, disengaged youth, or looked-after children.

Essential Qualities:
* Inspirational and effective communication skills.
* Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment.
* Stable broadband and internet connection.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships, encourage, and motivate students.
