Prospero Teaching is looking for a Secondary English Teacher to work at a school in the Preston area. This will be supporting SEN students teaching English, covering ages 11-16 years.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

* Location- Preston
* Position - Secondary English Teacher SEN
* Contract or position start date - 28/10/2024
* Duration / Likely Duration - Temp/Perm
* Contract type - Temp/Perm
* Full-time/part-time - Temp/Perm
* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £160 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm: Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Degree (2:1 or above) in any subject
* GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

* QTS/QLTS required

* Experience working within a school.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child-related references
