We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Secretary to join our clients vibrant team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to support and collaborate, we want to hear from you!

You will be the backbone of the operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a warm and friendly approach.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organise appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our engineering team, ensuring optimal time management.
Document Management: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other important documents with precision.
Office Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and support project activities.

We are looking for someone who embodies enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess:


Strong Secretarial Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office equipment.
Excellent Communication: Both verbal and written communication skills that shine with clarity and positivty.
Organisational Wizardry: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
