Our client, a prominent entity within the defence sector, is currently seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a contract basis at their Warton location. This 12-month contract role requires you to be on-site 3-4 days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in the dynamic and essential field of defence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling enquiries and providing advice on HR-related issues
  • Facilitating training sessions and assisting in the delivery of HR-related projects
