Key Responsibilities
- Support site teams with managing Mechanical and Electrical packages
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & industry regulations
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
- Assist in appointment of the Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors
- Co-ordinate between all associated services including Utilities, Sprinklers, M and E installation, PV
Requirements
- Strong M and E project management experience in construction
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
