- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as medication prompts, budgeting, and attending appointments.
- Working closely with individuals facing high levels of drug and alcohol dependency.
- Monitoring and promoting safeguarding practices, raising concerns as necessary.
- Liaising with external professionals and agencies to address tenant needs.
- Inspecting and maintaining properties to ensure safety and readiness for new tenants.
- Addressing neighbour disputes and tenancy issues with the Housing Officer or Manager.
- Participating in training and team meetings to improve service delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).
- Experience in property maintenance or housing management.
- The ability to work flexibly under pressure and to deadlines.
- A caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent Contract.
- £23,000.00 per year, plus benefits.
